Sanda Kruger and Nicolaie Stoian, an Extrasensory Therapist, together with Success Coaching Academy and Satori Romania, invite you every Tuesday of August 2023 at 12:00pm (Miami/NY time) to a series of Introductory Workshops on Intuitive Meditation and discussions about recognizing personality-based guidance versus divine guidance and evolution through increased self- awareness versus evolution through suffering.

Intuitive Meditation is a guided, dynamic form of meditation that takes place in a standing position, activating sections of divine DNA. The activation of the divine DNA is achieved through high vibrations and intense energy levels, initially facilitated by the therapist and later through individual self-activation and self-connection.

Having some overlapping elements with Tai Chi, Qigong, Raja Yoga, and more, Intuitive Meditation, also known as internal body meditation, is a guided form of meditation that activates the chi energy, elevates vibration, energy levels of the participant, and generates a state of inner joy, relaxation, and balance.

Intuitive Meditation can be practiced daily or frequently, with each session enhancing the level of consciousness and catalyzing the spiritual evolution.

Using the vibration and chi energy of the therapist for initiation, each participant learns to connect with their own universal source of energy, energetically recharge themselves, raise their frequency and energy levels, and balance various areas of the physical body and energetic system.

This process normalizes and aligns the energy centers (chakras) and sharpens and enhances the senses.

It often happens that after sustained practice, those who use this type of meditation begin to manifest extrasensory perceptions, gaining a refreshed and stronger perception of the present moment, the external world, and their inner selves.

Frequent practice (2-3 times per week) improves the quality of sleep, increases intellectual capacity, and stimulates emotional intelligence, significantly enhancing relationships with the surrounding world. Moreover, prolonged practice leads to healing or significant improvement in chronic illnesses and generates increased immunity by activating and regulating the Thymus, a gland controlled by the Anahata Chakra, also known as the Heart Chakra.

Intuitive Meditation can be practiced both individually and in a group, with group practice yielding significantly better results due to the synergy created by the meditation group. However, individual practice also brings each person to a significant increase in self-awareness through intuition.
